Well, last week Rex's grandfather passed away. We made the trip up to S.D. for the funeral. The sermon at the funeral was good, it was nice to see our relatives but sad under the circumstances. It is so true what the bible says it is better to be at the house of mourning than feasting.

Hi Marion, I just came across your blog and wanted to say hi...I'm Rachel Haugaard now, but I'm Doug & Louise Hanson's oldest daughter. :) It's been a long time!! I've been married for just over a year, and we're expecting our first baby girl in another 5 weeks, give or take a week or two. :) Where are you all living these days? Does your dad work at Wal-Mart in Sioux Falls? I remember Mom pointing him out once, and I thought she said it was your dad, but I couldn't remember for sure...anyway, if it is your dad, I see him there a lot. I'm sure he has no clue who I am tho. :) Well, I just wanted to say hi! You have a beautiful family...God bless!
