It feels so much like spring outside I wanted something bright and light for my blog. I am feeling so much better today, I feel so strong and motivated.
I have been making a lot of soup lately, this week I am making minestrone. It has been awhile since I have made it and it sounds so good right now for some reason. It might be because I have been making a lot of asian soups…I need a change..lol
I am part of 2 weight loss support groups on My Calorie Counter. One of them consists of people from Minnesota and the other one is a group of friends I have made on the site. In the later on, there are punishments to have to do if you are not the loser for the week. Like clean your closets, drawers, do extra exercises…J I saw this t-shirt in a email this week it reads “ Every time I hear that dirty word “exercise” I wash my mouth out with chocolate”. I thought it was pretty funny, even though I usually like to exercise.
